Commercial Container Building — Technical Data Request & Verification Checklist
Use this page to prepare a project-specific technical data request. A generic parameter sheet cannot represent every size, layout, material package, climate or destination. The final values must be tied to the quotation, approved drawings and the exact unit being ordered.
Start with the business operation: customer flow, service counter, storage, equipment, signage, accessibility, cleaning and utility demand. A café, shop and office need different openings, finishes and technical systems even when their external module is similar.
Fields to confirm for the approved project
- Final closed and in-use dimensions, unit mass and lifting information
- Frame, wall, roof, floor, insulation, doors, windows and finishes
- Electrical voltage, lighting, HVAC, hot water, plumbing and drainage
- Packing method, shipment limits, unloading, crane and storage requirements
- Foundation or support interface, site access and installation responsibility
- Applicable local structural, fire, energy, sanitation and accessibility rules
How to use the document
Compare documents only when they refer to the same scope. Check the revision, drawing number, material build-up, included equipment and delivery boundary. If a value is important to approval or purchasing, ask for its source and make it part of the signed project documents.
What the final document must show
The issued project pack should identify the customer, destination, product, quantity and configuration. It should connect every stated value to the quotation and approved drawings, distinguish reference information from contractual requirements and state which party handles transport, unloading, foundations, connections, permits and installation.
Information to send with your request
- Country, city, climate and local approval route
- Project use, number of occupants, quantity and target schedule
- Required rooms, furniture, sanitation and business equipment
- Transport route, unloading method, crane access and site constraints
- Preferred appearance, glazing, privacy, finishes and utility systems
- Budget scope: unit, options, freight, installation and local works
Request project-specific documents
Send the destination, use, quantity, preferred layout and site information. Huisheng can then identify the relevant model and prepare the available technical documents for the proposed configuration.
