There is no fixed delivery time for every order. The schedule depends on design approval, quantity, material and production readiness, inspection, packing, vessel or truck availability, port conditions, customs and inland transport. Use the dated quotation and order documents for the planned production and dispatch window, and allow contingency for events outside the manufacturer’s control.

Packing is selected for the confirmed product, loading method, route and delivery scope. The packing list should identify the agreed protection, which may include component bundling, surface film, edge or corner protection, moisture protection and fixing inside the transport unit. Check the packages on arrival and record visible damage before unloading or signing the carrier documents.

Layout, openings, colors, finishes and selected equipment can be reviewed for a defined order, subject to the structural system, production feasibility, transport limits and local requirements. Send a room list, sketch, destination, quantity and utility standard. Only the options shown in the final quotation, finish schedule and approved drawings form part of the order.

Send the destination and applicable structural, fire, energy, electrical, plumbing, accessibility and occupancy requirements before approval. Available certificates or test reports must be checked against their issuing body, scope, model and validity; local designers, inspectors and authorities remain responsible for project acceptance.

Installation method and equipment depend on the product, delivery condition, site and approved lifting plan. Fully assembled cabins generally require suitable lifting equipment; expandable, folding and detachable systems require the correct crew, tools, foundations, anchors and utility work. Request the manual and project installation plan for the confirmed configuration rather than relying on a universal installation-time claim.

The legal supplier, manufacturing scope and commercial responsibility should match the final quotation and contract.

Suitability is project-specific. Provide the site location and required wind, snow, seismic, corrosion, temperature and rainfall conditions before the design is approved. Structural capacity, insulation, windows, waterproofing, foundations and connections must be evaluated for that project. No single wind, seismic or climate rating applies to every Huisheng configuration.

The inspection plan should match the ordered product and scope. Before production, agree the drawing, material schedule and acceptance criteria. Relevant checks may cover incoming materials, dimensions, structure, fasteners or welds, openings, included electrical or plumbing work, waterproofing steps, finishes and packing. Request the order-specific QC checklist and inspection evidence; do not rely on a universal lifespan or test claim.

After-sales scope is confirmed for each order. The quotation or contract should state the supplied manuals, remote technical support, spare parts, replacement handling and any on-site responsibility. If transit damage occurs, record it at delivery and provide photos, packing details and the affected part information so the agreed claim process can be followed.
